We first crossed paths at work and quickly discovered a shared mindset – work hard, care deeply and always look for a smarter way forward. With a mutual passion for helping businesses run better and a reputation for getting stuck in and making things happen, it wasn’t long before we knew we’d make a great team. That’s what led us to start our consultancy built on real-world experience, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Together we bring extensive hands-on experience working in manufacturing as ERP software end users, which naturally led us to roles with an ERP software provider. This journey gives us a unique perspective, combining practical industry knowledge with deep expertise in ERP solutions tailored to meet the needs of diverse manufacturing environments.
As certified PRINCE2 Practitioners, we bring a disciplined, structured approach to every project. Together, we have implemented and supported 123Insight ERP software for over 230 customers across diverse industries. Our expertise spans system setup, usability and optimising business processes, ensuring clients maximise the value of their ERP investment. With extensive backgrounds in manufacturing and ERP deployment, we provide practical, people-focused advice grounded in the real-world challenges of modern manufacturing.
Outside of work, we enjoy the simple things in life. We love cooking together, winding down (or up) with a good board game and spending time in the garden watching the birds, our own little patch of calm in a busy world.
